toby jugs Posted February 18, 2015 Share Posted February 18, 2015 hi guys as per title. java up to date and allowed,firewall disabled and using pingtest.net. no matter what i do i can't get packet loss stats , just keeps telling me firewall is on or java not installed and that's pure pony. any ideas? Open a elevated command promt and type ping www.bbc.co.uk you should then be able to see ping and packet loss, Look at mine below, can you see the packets.
