I don't personally know the difference between zombie and multiplayer in terms of networking. Hopefully some else can chime in Worst case scenario set Geo-Filter to the entire world and see if that gets you a game. We need to port Zombies onto the router. I believe you are correct on that, and the zombie population is smaller than the multiplayer population so it may take a while longer to find games.
