However, the GEO map thinks I'm in Australia when I'm actaully in the UK (Newcastle). I've moved the pin to the UK but was wondering why it thought I was down under, anything to be concerned about??? One thing, what does the zoom factor do on the Geo screen. I thought it might incresse the size of the map but it doesent. I've also noticed my Netduma does not like Safari, seems to hang a lot so I'm using Firefox.
Netduma Staff Netduma Crossy Posted December 23, 2015 Netduma Staff Posted December 23, 2015 Zoom factor changes how far you zoom into the map when you press the zoom button I have the same problem with Safari. I tend to just use Chrome with the dashboard.
PharmDawgg Posted December 23, 2015 Posted December 23, 2015 The zoom factor should work just select the factor and click on the magnifying glass click on your map and it should increase in size. Also Chrome and Firefox are the preferred browsers. And definitely do not use Internet Explorer it really does not work well with the Geofilter.
