  1. hello @Damg31 The first thing you have to do to achieve an open nat is enter the IP address of R3 in the DMZ of your ISP router, I would also advise reserving an IP address for your R3 in the ISP Router, this way it is guaranteed that even if you restart the routers It will keep the IP and the rule will continue to work. After doing the above, if you have UPNP enabled on R3 you should get an open nat. If UPNP does not work, disable it, enter the IP of your PS5 in the R3 DMZ found in the port forwanding section. Greetings!
  2. Delete all the rules you created and disable UPNP, after doing that, go to port forwarding and create a rule with the port range 1 to 65535 for both TCP and UDP. If you have correctly entered the IP of R3 in the DMZ of your ISP router, with that rule you should have nat open yes or yes. Aren't you by any chance using a VPN on your computer?
  3. What is the ping that the game shows when R3 shows 150 ping? If you also have a high ping in the game, it could be a poorly located server.
  4. Did you place the IP of R3 in the DMZ of the ISP router? I play Cod on PC and I never have problems with upnp, it always opens the NAT correctly
  5. On the R3, go to the settings tab at the bottom left and then enter the troubleshooting section and at the bottom right of the window that opens it will say update firmware, press and select the file that Fraser sent you. refresh and wait for the page to reload.
  6. Hello, welcome to the forum! What version is it on right now?
  7. Ok, let's see if @Netduma Fraser can provide you with the .23 firmware and that problem should disappear.
  8. Is SmartBoost activated? For the bars to work it has to be activated
  9. I forgot to tell you @Dezer that to configure static IP on R3 you have to go to settings and go to the DHCP section and click on add devices, it will show you the devices that are on the network and you already select and configure, but even if you do this and put them a fixed IP, when they reconnect with a different Mac they will appear as a new device, you have to do the previous step first and put on your devices that shows the original MAC of the device. Sorry, I specified the R3 DHCP reservation and it is not for your case. Even so, your problem does lie in the MAC problem.
  10. Hello, welcome to the forum! I am seeing in your image that the sliding bars are at 0% and they should be at 100%, try moving them to 100%, close the window and open it again and check that the bars are still at 100% and then perform a test, it should not If you have problems reaching your speeds, currently I receive +900 Mbps
  11. Hello, welcome to the forum! This usually happens in many Apple and Samsung devices, they generate a random Mac when they connect to avoid being tracked, so every time it connects and disconnects as it is a different Mac from the previous one, it generates you as if it were a new device and gives it a new IP. This can only be disabled from the devices, you have to configure it so that it always shows your original mac and that way you will always get the same IP. Greetings!!
  12. Yes, you can put your PC as a game console in the device manager. In fact, I have it right now like this and honestly, when steady ping worked best for me, it was when I left it on the computer or putting the PC as a PlayStation, it also worked well for me. Currently using a PC as a game console is the worst results I have achieved, but it may work for you, try it.
  13. In your case, if only one PC will be connected, you could perfectly deactivate Smartboost.
  14. that's good news!! a pleasure to be able to help you.
  15. Try moving the cable into one of the 4 remaining ports on your yellow ISP router and see if it works. keep blue on R3
  16. You have the cable incorrectly placed as I can see in your image, the cable that comes out of your ISP modem/router has to be connected to the blue port of the R3, with that you should already have internet
  17. Hello! 1. Fully functional in the absence of small corrections. 2. It will depend on the type of connection, if it is made through DHCP or VLAN OR PPPOE, if it is DHCP, just connect the ISP router and R3 through the WAN port and that's it. If you need PPPOE or VLAN, the data will have to be provided by the technician so that you can configure R3. 3. Filtering works perfectly, plus it has a new feature that makes playing more enjoyable and your hitting record feels better. 4. As I said, if you play FPS, the new function will be very good for you, without a doubt it is worth the change. 5.I can't help you or give you information on this, I'm sorry.
  18. If what you want is to do a manual update you have to access the troubleshooting tab and at the bottom of the window it appears to update
  19. Thanks to this small information it is clear that it happens both in DHCP and in Vlan, which is my case. I only wanted to know this information to rule it out, since it started to happen to me after using Vlan, but before in DHCP it never happened to me, now I know it's something general. Any information is always good... In my case I also have 1Gb symmetrical. For me, what has worked is to enter less upload speed in R3 and the bar at 50%, I decreased from 100 to 100 until I found the speed that worked, in my case 600 Mbps, with that the bloat buffer is again stable, you lose a lot of loading speed since you will have about 300 Mbps left but this way you will see that it stabilizes. At the moment it is the only option I can offer you that I have found. For some reason right now the R3 is not capable of stabilizing such a high speed for charging, although I am sure it will since in the beta period I achieved better results and there was never this problem. Greetings and peace!! it's christmas!! Merry Christmas guys!!
  20. Well, first of all, say that it is not necessary to lose your temper and start attacking each other. @TG3NOC1D3 @AsNCo @AsNCo As I said, if you answer a couple of questions, maybe I can give you a temporary solution. What are the speeds you have entered in the R3? How are R3 connected to the ISP router? Pppoe, Vlan, DHCP...? Depending on your answers I will be able to give you that temporary solution, if you are really interested in solving it...
  21. I can completely replicate this, there must be some problem with the bufferbloat control for loading. But it only happens if you have a large connection, how fast is your connection? Maybe I can give you a solution while the Team can take a look.
  22. Hello, welcome to the forum! Update to the latest firmware and then go to the heatmap ping section, click on the 3 dots at the top right and then press resync cloud to see if this helps and solves your problem. If not, I would advise you to do a factory reset and try again. A greeting!
  23. If you do a survey, I bet that more than 90% do not even have a 1Gb connection, which means much less than 2.5... and Nas and multimedia servers, the same, the vast majority of R3 users do not use it, which would increase costs.
  24. 2.5 Gb ports is something completely absurd and unnecessary that only increases costs, there are few people with connections greater than 2 Gb so increasing costs only for 4 people does not make sense...
  25. I assure you and attest that it will exceed your expectations. Today there is no other product like what the R3 offers. Everyone will be very happy with the acquisition.
