3.0.394 Has been solid. No hick ups on the install and I have not even did a factory reset. Probably not going to since I’m not experiencing any issues

do the same thing but port forward for ps5
can i get some thumbs up lol
go through the thread i have posted it multiple times
Yes thats why i turn upnp  off and use port forwarding only. If you can not dedicate your internet connection to gaming only then you maybe want to leave upnp on
Yes it works the same but google the ports that eed to be ported for the game you are playing for the device you are using

Not at all, i use to have this problem all the time, pay for the best internet then have the worst experience to i figured out how to use my net duma router correctly. When i bought my first R1 router and plugged it in i was like man this thing makes no difference i was so overwhelmed by all the extra settings i didnt touch any of them cause i didnt want to mess anything up. I keep just taking a beatings so then i went to youtube and watched every video on lag i could find. Little by little i noticed i had settings that were in the videos i was watching and this was all the way back in 2014 / 15 i bought my r1 at the end of advanced warfare then bo3 dropped. i use to lobby search for the 60ms lobbies cause the hit detection was way better then after all those youtube videos and a lot of trial and error & after watching different streamers for months on end i figured out how to dial in the lowre ping lobbies with all the dumo features
this is just what works for me. not saying it will work for everyone and my settings had to change throughout the different version of COD and individual mid game updates
static ip for my console, set static ip address on duma os
port forward all recommended ports for my console
    upnp off
i use something called GRC's | DNS Nameserver Performance Benchmark (google it) to find me the fastest dns for my area. googles 8888 and 8844 and 1111 have never ever been close to top of the list for me (this is a completely different subject but i feel alot of streamers and youtube content creators give out false info so little billy and timmy can run around and not be able to kill anything cause of the wrong gun class recommendations or setting recommendations) i would watch JGOD's latest videos all the time then try the setup and they would be complete ass, i would watch nickmercs and notice the attachments he shows on the gun is not the same attachments hes actually running around with https://clips.twitch.tv/MagnificentFuriousSwordRedCoat-4IrwzWyZU9V8vYDU
ok so i got a little off subject. i use that dns tool to find me the fastest dns i change the setting on the duma os under wan / network from auto to the dns the tool says to use then i also put that dns on my console
for QOS when playing MP xbox live has a 25mb cap any internet connection faster then that gets handicapped, faster the connection the harder the lag compression engine hits  you so when i play MP on those 9ms lobbies i have my sliders set to 20mb down 5mb up, when i play warzone i have them set to 70% down / 70% up and for traffic prioritization i force 3074 and 3075 only
for geo filter when playing mp or warzone i believe ping is king i have my home pin set to where i actually live and the radius circle set to the minimum of 311 miles,
there are alot of videos on my ig @TODDzillaInLA and my teams IG @OWUH_Gaming where you can see i shot last and kill first alot of the time because of the advantage pc players hardware rise have over console players
this was from yesterday, i was playing duo's and duo / quads

Just my 2cents, thought I would analyze this a bit more and provide more than a networking explanation. Couple of things to note directly from the video:
Above 200 FPS at all times GPU/CPU times are steady between 3 - 4 ms at all times 35 ms ping, now this isn't low as it could be but it's very steady and has 0% packet loss, perhaps having a server with slightly higher ping than what he could get is putting him on that right side of lag compensation, a lot of people have suspected that helps. The computer he is playing on is barely breaking a sweat even through fast actions and when encountering enemies, the PC is definitely not a limiter here. At that frame rate he is seeing things much more smoothly than someone on 30 FPS and can therefore more accurately judge a players movements, see them slightly earlier etc. Then keep in mind that he likely has a monitor with a high refresh rate capable of actually benefiting from that FPS you can begin to see how the gameplay is better for him. Here is a short video courtesy of NVIDIA showing the differences/benefits of high FPS/refresh rate:
Keep in mind the lowest they show there is 60 FPS so if you're on 30 FPS it's even worse. Making videos/streaming/playing is his job, he will have the best equipment there is so the PC and monitor isn't a stretch in terms of speculation - you can even see an entire 2 monitor PC setup behind him that isn't even used. Then when it comes down to connection, what I suspect is they have multiple internet lines coming in (discussed with some creators and it definitely happens), 1 just for streaming/playing with nothing else being used and the other for everyday devices/usage - again, this is their job, they want and need the best of the best - if your internet goes down or you appear to be lagging that could be vital time where you're missing out on subscribers etc.
You can certainly achieve or at very least get very close to the internet stability he is seeing using the router but it's the extremely high FPS/refresh rate, dedicated internet line etc which is harder to copy. Also for videos especially they will only pick the very best games they've had, they're not going to show you the games where the hit detection wasn't as good etc. I would say if you watched his stream all night that there are at least a couple of times where the games he has don't match the quality seen on his videos.
If you want to look at some settings @TODDzillaInLA provided what he does to get great game play and others are finding success with it so maybe give that a try: https://forum.netduma.com/topic/37795-what-determines-hit-detection/?do=findComment&comment=323236

I'm a firm believer in PING IS KING and with the netduma routers and OS they will definitely give you the best connection to any server, I would pick a 9ms lobby over and laggy bot lobby any day, use the heatmap to find the closest server to your area and use the geofilter to connect to that location only. Oh and just a FYI everyone looking for bot lobbies... you will never get better at the game if players do not shot back 👍

I'm afraid that's not something we can help with here, there is a lot of discussion about whether this is possible but it could be considered cheating which we are very much against.

I been watching this thread for some time now. The servers are not moving so it’s not that big of a deal if it doesn’t update each time you try to ping again.
yes depending on time of evening / night a bunch of dedicated servers go off line and come back on in the morning. Here’s a live pic 4:19am pacific time I’m in so cal Los Angeles

so i been playing with this a lot the last couple days, VPN is hit or miss but to keep it 100 i have gotten higher kills and way more wins on local servers using the netduma for best possible connection to local lobbies, i wouldn't use nolag vpn since its not a real vpn it doesn't even spoof your ip to a different address so if activision ever decides that using a a vpn is cheating and they feel to do something about it they can track you with nolag vpn, also nolag vpn is for pc only, im on series x with pc for stream. if anyone wants to try this method and needs help dm me, but theres way better ways to trick the sbmm for less competitive lobbies. if you use a vpn you will  have a 200 plus ping trying to find boot lobbies

I was feeling the same exact way before i purchased mine. I want any extra edge i can get, I am a firm believer that PING IS KING and i would always have a 30 to 60 ping. With netdumas QOS and geo filter features im able to get 9ms to 20ms 98% of the time. When i play multiplayer i can force host and just run circles around the lobby. Plus you can control all the bandwidth to every ones device connected to the router. Your wife / girlfriend acting dumb with you - lol babe i don't know why you can't watch netflix, got kids not listening,  you just became the bandwidth police

    Welcome to the forum!
    To answer your questions:
Yes, you'll need filtering mode enabled and any changes made prior to booting up your console for the best results. Bear in mind you probably won't change your config too often so this won't be an issue. Geo-filter works by denying servers, your configuration in Geo-filter is telling it what NOT to deny. So anything within your radius/polygon or below your ping assist limit will not be denied. Once you've set your Geo-filter configuration, just use the Xbox as normal! You won't need to adjust Geo-filter every time, just make sure to reboot the game if you do make any changes though. Thanks @TODDzillaInLA for also sharing what works for you! Hopefully other members of the community will also come in and share their mileage.

@Netduma Fraser hey is there any way you can verify members on the forum to actual own a netduma? starting to get a lot of DM's from people that are brand new to the forum and do not even own a device with duma software
And to the general public i feel a lot of us put in a lot of hard work time and money to get us where we are at so i will not be sharing any information with anyone who has not  been a active member of this community, this includes all the new members signing up then directly DM'ing me. Not fair for the community that's been here for a long time. Hope you understand, thank you

if  you try to many different locations in to quick of a time period you kinda lock your self out. clear saved game data powder cycle down gaming device and router then retry, the only servers i was never able to connect to was south Africa they got it IP locked and so does Korea, you should be able to connect to anywhere else
