That is great information. Will help very much.
-
I mean if needed can u get my app not preform the way it should.
-
It's making me wonder why its pulling up one of ur isps ip why would ur ISP be communicating on port 3074. Something is not right. Are u able to reproduce when ever u want
-
When it puts your mate in hyperlane what port/s is it using? are you playing in an online lobby or private? and when it shows Activision/Blizzard does it change when it goes into game, im pretty sure i had seen it happen to me in latest version so it could well be a minor bug.

In the cod mw I have not seen any p2p. Just my observation. In short no. Because I only extract information after it's been sent to geo filter, which means if i deny anything it will say disconnected in game and no longer search for another duma os drops it at the firewall at a guess which prevents it from ever connecting, which is why it takes ages and keeps searching. I have in the past games been able to distinguish between servers and p2p, maybe we could explore it more when the game starts using p2p
-
All of the duma os features qos, device manager, geofilter can be automated. The ones u see in my app are the ones I have most use cases for Other wise they can all be a long process doing it manually. What can be done is to your own imagination, and ability. My imagination led me to what if I can get the server ip and run that ip in ping plotter and it just grew from there .
-
No documentation I used Microsoft WinHTTP Services, version 5.1 And I used chilkat activx for some json.
-
It was requested previously for it to remove all hyperlane ports. So yes its deliberate. In my first app that I posted on another thread it only removed the ones I put in there. How would you prefer it?
-
This app was made with cod in mind I have heard it works on other games. Yes put your source port in as displayed on cod connection info.
-
The main idea behind this app is to allow those that have or want to experiment with putting specific ports in hyerlane. (Only that of the game server) which alternate on a per game basis, so I guess the main feature is automating a long process. The ip information is just a handy byproduct. So if u have a use for it then its handy. This app in no way effects duma os. Just automates a process u can do by hand
-
my app does nothing with the ping feature of duma os, can you provide some screen shots?
-
If u think I should add something or tweak or anything let me know,
-
You can change the port, press stop, change port press start. When it states connected its connected to the router and not port. When it's not connected you can change the details or press connect

I know the feeling, i havent played a game in ages because of the bullshi.

ill be honest since i have been with my current isp (bt broadband) i have not enjoyed B04 or MW, the ISP i was with before that was A&A and i really enjoyed my games. so its not just about equipment/software you have at your disposal. ISP providers can make a big impact,on you in how you feel when you play.
-
I would disbale classified games and remove any hyperlanes you have set. i would use other features as normal. my app will add the correct port for current game on cod so you dont want any conflicts.
-
Not only you as mentioned earlier i forgot to add it. I will add it back
-
I noticed and I had forgotten about it, dont worry I'll put it back in.
-
I can do both requests, update bandwidth and delete hyperlane on stop. When u spent more time with allow deny maybe it will be easier
-
Delete file it created on desktop. newsettings
-
keep me updated. i have a few more features i can implement, but wont have enough time to get anything done as im back in work on thursday.
-
boy am i glad. any questions/issues?

I thought i would start this off with its own thread. I have expanded slightly from my first app, screen shots are below. now you can save and load your allow and deny list. This is very ideal if you have to factory reset. plus sharing of lists is possible. you can clear your allow/deny list with a single click. for those of you who are fed up of seeing your offline devices can with 1 click remove all offline devices that no longer hold an ip address you can also create your own custom black/whitlist just make a text file named with the following Server_Blacklist.txt Server_Whitelist.txt Peer_Blacklist.txt Peer_Whitelist.txt and insert ip addresses, only 1 ip address per line for example from where ever this file is saved just drag and drop into the white box, this will automatically add here is the file caddy 1.0 caddy 1.1 caddy 1.2 @Mobel @GHOST-1-EC @TrayDay @MikeyPython @Sable @WalkedDave @Bert @Locosano @Sherman85 @DanyKTM @Zippy @Grafti @Fuzy @SlingshotGamer@Squizz @HaBlo0
