Can't access router main page via browser or app constant reboots losing internet connection UPNP show system offline Ping stability making connection worse instead of improving it. And the list goes on.

Do not buy it? Go back to the previous topics. I wish I had returned mine in time. There are too many issues with this router that I doubt they will be able to fix it.

A piece of advice I will give to anyone reading these posts. Do not invest your money in this unfinished product! I have purchased many routers before, but this is the first one I have to be actively involved in a forum about features that were advertised and have not been delivered. Save your money if you don't have enough to spare. These complaints are real and I honestly feel that nothing can be done to address them.

Can you guys figure out a way to have the buffer actually reduce the ping instead of increasing it? Every time I try to use steady ping, it makes my game experience worse instead of improving it.

When do you think they will do what they are supposed to? When I turn it on, it makes my gaming experience worse. I thought they were there to improve your connection or to at least “assist.” When you tell me that I need to turn a feature that is supposed to improve your experience off, my understanding is that they are not working as intended. Am I not understanding something here?

And when do you think these features will be available?

The best way to go about settings is slapping a return label on the box. Nothing they do work. I’m starting to realize I was scammed. There are gaming VPNs out there that do a much better job.

I'm having the same issue with the moderate NAT. This wasn't an issue with the older updates. This is so frustrating!

Where can i get the file for the new firmware?

The firmware that was supposed to fix most of the issues we are all having was promised to be released last week. We all have been patiently waiting for over a month now and nothing has happened. I made a purchase of something I can't even use. I had to go back to my provider router because of all of the issues I was experiencing. You guys should be more transparent with your customers or maybe not release a product before it is fully tested.

I read that a new update was released today to fix the issues that people have been complaining about. Was it released? Do I need to request it? I'm having a ton of issues with the R3 and have been patiently waiting for fixes. All I have been doing is turning off all of the features that made me purchase the router. Are we getting these issues addressed soon?

I've the 0.23 software installed and still experiencing spike issues with my ping. Was 0.23 supposed to solve this issue or is there another software update in the works?

Does anyone have setting recommendations for COD MW3? Geo- filter: how far should I set up my radius DMZ: on/off Ping assist: on/off Congestion control: which percentage Port forwarding: on/off Any other recommendations?

If I do a factory resetting, would that erase update .23?

I see a difference, but it still not fully registering. The geo-filter puts me in games outside my circle.

I’m also having issues with it. I feel that my bullets won’t register in MW3. It reminds me of lag compensation. I tried everything, but nothing seems to work.

Can I also have access to the .23 update?
