Fraser.... Could you give me a nickel worth of refund every time you type something like, "soon" or "not much longer"?  I think I'll have a full refund before the firmware patch comes out...  Just saying

It is interesting to read these last two posts, because I just yesterday disconnected my R3.  I am using a different router now and will continue to check back on these forum posts because I am a part of this club and I paid my $200 entry fee to join this club and I have my router shaped paperweight as proof that I am a part of this club!  I live in the US and it wouldn't be worth my time to try to get a refund.  I think the r in R3 stands for Regret.  I am Rand0 and I am a member of the regret club!  Keep smiling lads 😁

Well in uk some customers might need to use sales of goods act to get a return/refund for this amazing piece of kit albeit it works when it feels like. 😂🤷🏻🤦🏻

BadLuckTom got a reaction from CES in It's been almost two months since the last update. When can we expect fixes for issues, we are all struggling with?
Be aware that return process after a month of purchase might require legal steps so...
They know it's not working properly (sorry its a router nothing magical should be setup up one/twice very occasional update or settings adjustment) not a beta/dev tester for a product try this or this or this or this or that or this or that or this oh well wait for an update might fix. Its a joke, not fit for purposes even as a basic router in my opinion currently.
No eta's on fix or updates for issue just try these work arounds is crazy...be honest stuff didn't work out the way it was planned let people return useless product and who wants to play around with it let them keep it, no quibble return's for unhappy customers, we don't expect even a sorry anymore so let's part way's?
(sorry for venting product has potential but currently it's in a failed state)

Highly unlikely in 25 years router lights helped me out exactly once in 2003 i think with adsl phone line connection. So i think they redundant these day’s.
p.s. grab a multimeter and i will see why he aint working 🤷🏻

    Hi Netduma team,
i know more important issue to deal with at moment but hear me out. Loving r3 no major issues so far only geo filter sometimes misbehaving and its used as main router for whole house.
I’m more of no lights kinda person (like rgb option to turn off) oh yea its off, now i hate them white led’s enough to ask how much for that code to be written into next possible update? (Damn if needed i will write the code or i will ask someone else to write it for me). If it’s actually possible? If not can engineering confirm if it’s okey to hardware remove it  i got tools at work to cut then off 🤦🏻🤔🤷🏻😂
    Thank you

BadLuckTom reacted to Netduma Fraser in ETA on new firmware with actual fixes
I'm sorry I can't provide an ETA any more, whenever I have given an ETA we've always gone past that date and that was always an accurate estimate based on the information I had at the time so I feel it would just cause more annoyance. The team are aware of all the issues and doubling down on trying to fix the most pressing issues as soon as possible. I have faith in the team executing timely fixes to the problems and rest assured as soon as a firmware is available it will be provided.

It has been requested so it will likely come in future, I will ask the team to see if they can get it in the next one if it's a small job.
