Well, I have the same feeling with @Derlandes... "We have been here" since day1 , have had xr500 and xr1000 - how do you expect new customers to buy into your product giving all these problems ...? Really, not sure who is owning you guys or leading you --- but this is by far the worse experience and support for a product. A product that can be fantastic is the biggest disappointment.

So , if you try Ping Heatmap for FIFA 23, you get a bunch of servers around your location. If you use Geo Filter, and boot the game - you get different servers and most important the "ms" shown in Ping Heatmap doesn't match at all...like HUGE difference. Q1 - Why is this happening - should they work similar? Q2 - Why can't I use the server found from Ping Heatmap and save it for the Geo Filter as the one I want to connect to because ti shows the best ping? @Netduma Fraser

Ok i managed to make it work, have adjusted the steps below for anyone else who wants to use it: Shutdown your Console / PC / Device you want to use for Geo Filter Remove device from the Geo-Filter Give PC (PlayStation Device) Type in the Device Manager (if on PC), if on Console keep as it is allocated (e.g.Playstation ) Resync from the Geo-Filter Map menu Reboot the router Re-add the device to the Geo-Filter with the manual option Set up the Geo-Filter how you like Wait 2 minutes Boot up application/game/client

If PING HEATMAP works, then something is broken with the GEO Filter, someone did some changes and it is broken...I cannot understand

@Fuzy I am in the dark here... I tried to use the heatmap to locate a server in the geo filter but , how would you know that works if nothing is displayed geofilter is empty nothing shows up

@Netduma Fraser, have tried fortnite... same issue nothing works. Have followed the steps to setup the geo filter ...waited 10 minutes instead of 2... still nothing

@Netduma Fraser , if I go to Ping Heatmap from the Dashboard, select FiFA 23 - it shows some servers yes.
