    To answer your questions:
There will be very little if any ads at all to block on the console so no it wouldn't. If anything, if there were ads to block then it could slightly improve ping as it would prevent the ads loading though it would be slight at best. Same as above Same as above Basically it won't improve your gaming at all by having it applied to the console. If other devices were being used at the time while gaming and they were accessing ad heavy sites then it could help but QoS would keep your connection great anyway.

The ping spikes aren't terrible so that's good - I assume they happen on the base ping without any local congestion in which case QoS can't counteract that. However, I would suggest a value of 10ms for spikes and see what it suggests. We're still improving that feature so would suggest you also experiment with how different Congestion Control percentages feel when playing

I thought I gave this answer out awhile ago but:
Apply to WAN is an experimental feature which we haven't done a lot of testing on. In future we may decide to enable it by default if we can prove that it works and that it has no compatibility issues. Essentially it applies the same priority information tags to packets going out to the ISP. The ISP may just ignore these tags, but you may see a performance improvement through using these tags.
So potential improvement yes, downsides no - would just be prioritized as normal. So really it is up to you.

You don't need to restart the router after making any port forwarding changes but if you have an open NAT already I would suggest leaving it as is. If you do make these changes then I suggest restarting the console if it is on at the time.
