Thanks mate, yea it’s not down to connection I just got lucky with the lobby I reckon, but that was the first game after I throttled, game still played pretty good even after that game. Are you finding there are a lot more clans/party’s in lobbies after season 2 got implemented? Every lobby for me is at least a 3-4 man group.

Throttled connection last night to 100kbps download and upload and ended up nuking a 6 man team of Germans on the UK dedicated server. They rage quit in calling it in.

I’ve tried the throttling on MW and it just doesn’t work, I’ve even tried throttling it right down to 300kbps download and 150kbps upload and it doesn’t make a difference. I honestly believe they have made the SBMM more strict again with season 2, it was pretty decent before in season 1 Like SBMM didn’t exist or it could be an influx of players returning for the new season.

How much did you throttle by?

Like I said mate, would like to see gameplay to analyse, only has to be a few mins long.

Unfortunately screenshots don’t show what’s going on in game, if you play on PS4 or Xbox you can upload straight to YouTube, even if it’s just half a match or something.

Thanks man, I believe the connection settings do help to a certain degree, but yes skill plays a big part. Edit: also yes I went for kills, but secured my team the win with that nuke. 🤣

He did at last second but I pulled out my gun quicker, thought I was gonna die there, we was using marksman rifle I think.

You need to turn fast search off, that explains why you were getting lobby’s out side of your geo filter range.

Are you restarting your console? After you change geo filter settings?

These are patents, that doesn’t necessarily mean they are in the game, I am in no way saying that they are not in the game but there is no hard proof currently.

I am using Astro A40 Generation 4’s with a custom EQ for MW that someone over on the Astro Reddit made. and I game I use Boost High.

No man they are always green, it’s in QoS at the bottom: traffic prioritisation light. If it’s not on after you start the game then restart your router.

Do you have any clips from that gameplay?

Second game on today with same settings I posted yesterday: I realise these are not the best of players, but the majority of my games are like this since changing my settings in the R1, I am able to rush and play the game just like I play every other call of duty’s.

A+ on DSL reports, 80% in up and download. lol no problem man.
