Getting bad taste from Duma? Netgear?

Hello Fraser it looks like i did not say that i did get the xr700.  This is not the xr500.  This was my mistake for not letting you guys know. But i have tried everything you guys have given me so far.  I was able to get to the router by the URL but not by IP still.  You can see by the picture that it is all gray and some stuff does not load.

If you can return it, i would think there is a hardware issue, if you are past the return window contact Netegear support. You should not be having to do this much work on a new device period.

You’re on the http://routerlogin.net/index.htm page right? It’s is supposed to look like this - it’s a backup page. I was just recommending you try uploading the latest firmware via that route as the conventional routerlogin.net was not loading for you. 

I recommend you try installing the first firmware and then try accessing via routerlogin.net afterwards (like normal). See if everything then loads.

Which XR700 FW do you use now?
