Factory Reset Netduma, Now it wont connect to the internet and I cant access the control panel website

So I factory reset my netduma and when I went to get online on my computer the next day it said theres no internet connection so I unplugged everything and tried again. No luck. I typed in the "new password" (netdumar1) like I saw on forums saying thats what it changes to, it connected but theres still no internet connection? How do I fix this, I can still play online on my ps4 via ethernet cable but I cant connect on my computer wirelessly or wired... Help
