Magic Martin Posted November 28, 2015 Posted November 28, 2015 Hi! So this afternoon, I noticed a slight burning smell in the room which we located to be coming from my Netduma Router. The smell was quite strong from the "vents" by the USB port. So, we unplugged the Router and thankfully the smell reduced in intensity. Therefore, it seems that my Netduma has experienced an internal failure. It is only a few months old - how do I arrange to return it for replacement (or refund). Note - it was plugged in to the mains via a surge protector. Thanks, Martin

Magic Martin Posted November 30, 2015 Author Posted November 30, 2015 It was working just before the smell but then as soon as we noticed the smell we unpowered it. It was on top of a "desk type" unit, where it has been since I set it up in the summer
