Magic Martin Posted November 28, 2015 Share Posted November 28, 2015 Hi! So this afternoon, I noticed a slight burning smell in the room which we located to be coming from my Netduma Router. The smell was quite strong from the "vents" by the USB port. So, we unplugged the Router and thankfully the smell reduced in intensity. Therefore, it seems that my Netduma has experienced an internal failure. It is only a few months old - how do I arrange to return it for replacement (or refund).
