There is also problem with getting to settings Ion wire connection. Advise me please what should I do? Inform me if I should sent it back to you on warranty. Help me solve my problem, it is very urgent case. Hello I have a problem with my netdum router.It does not release network signal out(no WIFI, no wire connection). There is also problem with getting access to settings on wire connection as well as with bringing default settings back. I have tried all your support advices, however problem is not solved so far. I decided to send you it on warranty terms. All I need is your address for shipment I looking forward to answering from you After your last update I have totally lost software(your software). Can you send me that software file or I have to send the router to you?
