blankplanet
Today I've had problems connecting a laptop to the Netduma wifi. It will show as an available network but will not connect; I've tried numerous restarts and factory resets. I did have this issue early on and a reset resolved it but it hasn't this time. What else can I do? My setup is - BT hub > R1. The hub still has wireless switched on for home use, mostly just for emails. Wireless settings are channel 7 at 2.4ghz Thanks
Netduma Staff Netduma Crossy Posted November 22, 2015 Netduma Staff Share Posted November 22, 2015 Hi, Do you get an error message at all when connecting? Also try unsticking Wifi Workaround in Settings >> Miscellaneous
blankplanet
All I get is a message that Windows cannot connect to Netduma R1. I have unchecked wifi workaround and nothing's changed.
