The trouble is even though you publish them and others can download, I can't see an easy to search for them if at all, there are so frickin many they don't even all load but constantly refresh for me.

 

It may be quicker to find if the person is on your friend list maybe.

Aha I see. No wonder there wasn't an option to download someone else's. Even though it says if you publish it people can download it! Stupid thing though, you can download your own emblem! Is it me or is that really stupid! Lol
