The facts are since the update my speeds are crap. as much as bo3 has issues, again i will say since the update my game plays crap now too. little problems before. If my speeds where high i would assume the usual developer patch has screwed up the game but my speeds are so low it says it all. again i will say all steps are followed and every is correct as per pre patch. ive spent 6 hours trying to sort this.
