Internet Still The Same Speeds After 1.3.5 Update

Recommended Posts

Hi guys, So i did the update tonight for 1.3.5 and ran a speedtest with "turbo mode" on and noticed that the speeds were the same.

I tried:

Giving my pc full prioritisation,
Enabling Turbo mode,

Enabling Super Turbo,

Restarting the router after update,

Resetting the distribution, (as the update guide told me to do)

Testing on multiple Speedtest.net servers

Updating my "Set Bandwidth" to the correct speeds. Which is 200Mps down and 20Mps up

And Still getting the same speeds as before the update.

I have some Screen Shots of my router settings and speed test results in case i am doing something wrong, but this is strange.

Hope you guys can help,

Many thanks,

- Tom

Looks fine there, reset device distribution & apply.

When using device prioritisation, turbo mode & PPPoE it uses an incredible amount of CPU and thus limits the speeds.

If you can use your hub as a router instead of a modem and put the R1 in the DMZ you should be able to use it just fine.

Yay!!!! I plugged the R1 into my ISP Modem and enabled DMZ And look at those speeds!!!!
