KurtK24
I have same issue but honestly doesnt affect anything. They say it is a false reading.
jdtyper3196
I definitely agree with the "frustrating" part. I get the same NAT as you (Ian88) on my 2 PS4's but lucky it hasn't affected gameplay. I believe the one with moderate NAT is a false reading. Both PS4's are showing Type 2 NAT in "Connection Status". Is this the same for you? Just would be nice to have the same reading on both sides of the spectrum...... PharmDawgg
I want to say Iain contacted Activision concerning some ports that we're not being forwarded properly. I have not heard the final resolution though. If I find the tweet I'll post it here.
Ian88
Yes on the ps4 test both are nat 2.. But as you say it's bothersome to see a moderate lol

PharmDawgg
It does fine with one console but multiple consoles causes the issues. Iain may be able to explain it better if you tweet or pm him.

JConnor
As long as it says "Open", or "Moderate" you're good to go. If it says, "Strict" then you have problems because Open, or Moderate allow you to connect to others with the same conditions whereas Strict doesn't allow you to connect at all. Administrators Netduma Iain Posted November 18, 2015 Administrators Share Posted November 18, 2015 Hi guys, Don't mean to pass the buck but this is an activision problem with BOPs3 I think. It doesn't seem to be possible to get open NAT for two consoles simultaneously. I'd suggest trying this (it may work if you're lucky): Switch off all consoles Go to "Settings > UPnP" then disable it Then enable it (doing this two steps clears the table) Then start both consoles If you're lucky it will work. However it is out of our hands otherwise. You can try port forwarding a bunch of ports but google around you'll see everyone is having the issue.
