r8rs4lf Posted November 9, 2015 Posted November 9, 2015 Why did they remove cancelling a reload. I don't know how many times I been caught in a reload situation only to die because I couldn't cancel the reload. Also, I'm wondering if anyone has lost a streak after round one in core/Dom? I had that happen to me. Do streaks not carry over to round 2?
Pro Innocence Posted November 9, 2015 Posted November 9, 2015 Streaks do carry over so that's strange, cancel reload is there, if you remove fast hands or you can YY or Triangle triangle depending which console.
UK_Wildcats_Fans Posted November 10, 2015 Posted November 10, 2015 BO3 allows you to reload while sprinting now as a default. Fast Hands allows you to swap weapons faster and aim faster after sprinting. The only way to cancel reload is to swap weapons.

So are you saying if I'm running fast hands then the cancel is not there because I DO use fast hands all the time. I remember the cancel was by pressing down on one of the sticks wasn't it?
DARK BAWGS Posted November 10, 2015 Posted November 10, 2015 I understand that double tapping 'Y" will not exactly cancel the reload but it shortens the cycle by not playing the re cocking which takes a second or so...
r8rs4lf Posted November 10, 2015 Author Posted November 10, 2015 Well the way I know of the cancel is long gone. Tried it many times and it doesn't work.
UK_Wildcats_Fans Posted November 10, 2015 Posted November 10, 2015 You can reload while sprinting without any perks. As DARK BAWGS stated, you can shorten the reload animation by a very slight bit. Once you see that you see the bullet count increased, press the swap weapons button twice. It is only a slight improvement. If you start reloading and want to absolutely cancel it, you can just press swap weapons. It will stop the reload.
toby jugs Posted November 10, 2015 Posted November 10, 2015 i think you can melee aswell to cancel a reload but not sure if it's any quicker unless you're using an lmg
