No Network connection when in modem mode! HELP

Hey Boabycee, welcome to the forum :)

 

What modem do you have? Is there a number after 'WAN IP' on the Netduma in Device manager?

Power off your modem and your Netduma. Disconnect all wired devices from the duma. Connect port 1 of the Duma into any port on the modem. Power up the modem and after a minute, power up the Netduma and then connect your devices
