According to my ISP my modem is online, I'm supposed to have internet (but I don't) and have an exceptional connection (but no internet access). Been hearing talk about bridge mode and DMZ, IDK I'm no tech guy. All this sounds confusing and complicated. Can anyone help? Thanks. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Okay so it looks like you actually can connect to the interface is the correct? Please try rebooting the router from settings > miscellaneous. You can do bridge mode or DMZ but you still have internet access, hopefully a reboot will resolve that.
