sammo Posted October 3, 2015 Posted October 3, 2015 Hello, Been getting frequent use of my netduma and really happy with the product for destiny! just randomly the last few days my phone hasnt been able to connect to the netduma, as i liked changing my geofilter on the fly but now have to do it through my pc. phone shows netduma at full strength signal but whenever i try to connect it gets to 'obtaining ip address' then just stays on that forever until i get bored and connect to the router my netdumas plugged in to, which also means i cant get the router homepage up and change settings on the fly as it just doesnt find anything. Any ideas? it is a really cool product by the way!
Netduma Staff Netduma Crossy Posted October 3, 2015 Netduma Staff Posted October 3, 2015 Have you definitely got DHCP enabled in Settings >> LAN? Also make sure that your phone is set up to connect with an automatic IP. Also try going to Settings >> Miscellaneous and disable Wifi workaround
