Welcome to the forum Classy :) Can you connect to the Netduma dashboard? If you are can you go to the Device Manager and check if there is a number after 'WAN IP'? Also is your PC connected with an automatic IP?

I haven't been able to connect to the dashboard yet. I think my PC connects to the wifi with an automatic IP

Could you try connecting with an ethernet cable?

and you had the netduma connected to it while you did that?

Which port on net you used to connect to you isp router?

Posted

Ok have you use the cable provided by net duma to connect to you ISP router?

And is the net duma only device that is not getting internet for that router?

Yea I've already try restarting it. I can't connect to the Netduma even with a Ethernet. :/

Can you try typing http://r1 into your browser and see if that connects you to the Netduma control panel :) Also are you still getting the limited access error even when connected via ethernet?

It's all good! Thanks for trying to help.

Awesome! Do you know what fixed the problem so then others with this issue might be able to find the answer? :)

No my problems not fixed. I was just thanking him.

Oh, I see, sorry, I misread it  :) Can you read through this guide and see if it gives you access to the control panel?

Ok. My Netduma is not obtaining an IP address for both Ethernet and the WiFi

Have you ever managed to access the Netduma control panel? Would you be able to follow one of these guides and makes sure you've connected with an automatic IP. The one for windows hasn't been written yet but there is a video for it :)

EDIT: Just seen your latest post so forget this :)

But they are set to both obtain an IP address automatically

So your PC isn't getting an IP from the Netduma? Have you ever managed to connect to the control panel and have you done a factory reset or anything like that? Can any other devices such as your phone connect to the Netduma?
