Hello Crossy. When I tap vpn on main menu for all the different settings, it just stays on the five or six bars at the top of menu doing the Mexican wave, goes no farther,I have to then come out of netduma to get back in.☺️

Ok :) Does this happen when the VPN is disabled?

No sorry about that not very good at explaining sometimes,no only program, not the R1☺️

Oh, I think the only way to fix this would be to factory reset. Can you go to Settings >> Miscellaneous and do a factory reset? Make sure that if you set the VPN back up you chose one with a valid DNS :)

Hello Crossy, sorry I have not got back to you, having trouble this end after reset, it would not accept password.

Could not get back on line because I could not get back into Virgin super hub, they changed it back to modem/router.

Found out while talking to them, that on back of sh there is a reset button to get back to to modem/router,at the minute I am still virgin

No worries :) After a factory reset the Wifi password changes to 'netdumar1'. Does that let you connect? :)

The only way to explain it is the VPN function is very qwerkie. I've had t lock up on me a few times and the only way to fix it is to factory reset. You have to be very careful when entering the config files as well because if you do it incorrectly it will lock it up as well. That is why I try to always remember to disable before copy and pasting in the files.

Ok, I understand :) All you need to do is disable the VPN, click 'Apply', then re-enable it and it will switch you over to the newest VPN settings.

To stop the original problem you had from happening again you need to make sure that the VPN you chose has a valid DNS server - then you won't get locked out again :)
