starkiller
I just got my R1 I don't think its set up right I have been trying to play black ops 3 beta and I know its a beta. so here's the deal I got everything set up went to the filter and it had my ps4 there but it had me on Xbox service I changed that but I have had to change that a few times not sure if there is a problem there or not so then it had me in Australia I live in Texas so I changed my home to were im at next I set my ping to 60 cuz I could not find any games when it was se to 50 when I finally do get into a game my ping is crazy it well be like a 30 then I get spikes of like 100 to 400 which makes it unplayable. after I few min it seams to smooth out. ill play 1 or 2 games then I jump out of the lobby and when I try to join a game the map doesn't show any players or host. when this happened I restarted the game and then they all popped up. I know it could be the beta but I want to make sure I got everything setup right on my end. please help;
PharmDawgg
I just got my R1 I don't think its set up right Try this: http://wiki.netduma.com/doku.php?id=fine_tune_netduma it had me in Australia I live in Texas The router ships with incorrect location. All you have to do is click on the house icon under host filter and just move your location to your actual location on the map. Then click the x icon and it should be saved. Go under setting>misc>cookies and make sure it is selected as well to keep your settings. Welcome to the forum Starkiller, yeah you are correct. It is a beta. Everyone on playstation are having NAT issues, Empty lobbies, Extended search times and a whole lot of issues but we believe it is on Activsion/Treyarch side. If those are the only issues you are having is with BO3 beta then it sounds like everything is set up correctly. Please if you have any other issues there is a thread dedicated to BO3 beta issues. Post them there that way the admins can improve the R1 process. Thanks and Happy gaming.
