Argsint
I'm having a problem where if I stream/download my internet stops working. Here is a screen shot of me pinging a server when this happens:http://imgur.com/WQj8K4L. The internet comes back automatically and I don't have to restart the router to get it back My Physical set up is like this: wall-Mediasplitter-Netduma-switch-pc/ps4/xbox. I know that this is only happening with devices connected to the Netduma because my TV which is connected to the media splitter doesn't lose connection. This problem has only started happening since I moved house. The equipment and line is the same though. I have tryed to remove the switch but it same issue. Does anybody know why this might be happening?
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted August 17, 2015 Administrators Share Posted August 17, 2015 So when this happens, does the connection in your system tray show an issue? Do you experience this with wireless devices as well then?

Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted August 18, 2015 Administrators Share Posted August 18, 2015 If you take out the switch from the setup and connect devices directly to the R1, does the issue still occur?
