Recommended Posts

Hi, Anyone expert can please help me?

Just received my Netduma R1 router, try to install and set up. But can't access to Netduma control panel. I connect the Netduma router through my current router. My PC can get internet connection through Netduma router, but I can't acess to Netduma control panel. Even I already enable UPnP on my current router, tried set the IPv4 as automatic and check the default gateway is 192.168.88.1. still can't works.

Please help!!!

Hello,

First of all can you confirm that your current router is connected to post one of the Netduma (this is also labeled PoE). The make sure that the PC is connect to port 2 of the Netduma.

Now try connecting with 192.168.88.1. If this doesn't work can you try connecting with http://r1/

If that also doesn't work, can you read through this guide and see if it allows you to connect :)

Hi, Crossy. I already connect current router to Netduma router port 1 by the cat 6 cable provided by Netduma. And also try to follow Netduma wiki guide to check the ip address. But still can't works. Do I need do any other settings on my current router? So far I just enable the UPnP on my current router. Because I worried interference current internet connection. Any other solutions?

No, you should be able to connect to the Netduma interface without changing any settings. Can you open up a command prompt and type 'ipconfig' then screen shot and post the results :)

Also, did none of the things in the Wiki guide I linked to you work?

I already try command prompt on 'ipconfig' is as same result as wiki guide show one. If I post screen shot will it show my ip address on public?

The IP Address is only your private IP but if it for some reason does contain your real IP I can hide the post so only admins can see it :)
