Hi guys

I been playing black ops 7 and something didn't feel right. I tried to log into my router and kept saying critical error recovery options I tried a few times to access it, after a power down switch off for 30 secs and back on I managed to access it, why did this keep happening?

Also I load up app, speed test don't work, ping optimize don't work, geo filter shows nothing and yes I tried re syncing cloud and uninstalling app and reinstalled.

Don't the two app and xr500 work in partnership anymore.

The DumaOS app continues getting updates but the XR500 doesn't so they can be out of sync in that respect, we try to do what we can to keep them working together but the XR500 doesn't have our version of the speed test. Ping Optimizer the servers are hardcoded onto the router so if they're down then it won't work, doesn't mean it won't work just that it may not work all the time. Make sure you're on the latest version from NTGR and a factory reset would then be good and see how you get on.

Think u said before turn off the auto update firmware and use the one on duma site rc14.
