Low light on port 1

Not sure if it's an issue but I see the light on port 1 with Lowe intensity than the other ports does that means something?

 

Image 1: pc1 connected to port 1 and pc 2 to port 2

 

Image 2: pc 1 connected at port 3 and pc 2 still on port 2 both have same intensity

 

The bright is different comparing port 2 and 3 that comparing port 1 and 2

 

Also internet light is low not as bright as others not quite sure what it means
