Setup NetDuma Help

Need Help setup Netduma r3 for any game. I'm having issues with games like BF6 and Call Of Duty registering hit detection and want the truth on what is the recommended settings base on play testing and knowledge of packets and the internet. Also the recommended settings for my computer when it comes to DNS(Should it be default or uses other popular DNS?). I play On PC. See every body else play ok me it seems bullet damage is lower than most people. Watch all kinds of people on youtube play and seem ok or pro at the games and myself is ok but i know something is off in games i play with other people and seeing these problems like punishing the player for being Ok. Im pretty sure its the internet and maybe the router setup wrong. just running out of ideas and understanding because im not sure what to trust or believe.

• What is the model of the modem/router the R3 is connected to and how have you set that to ensure all traffic flows to the R3? E.g R3 in its DMZ, modem/bridge mode
• Are ALL devices connected to the R3?
• What are the speeds you pay for/receive? 
• Have you entered those speeds into the router?
• How have you setup Congestion Control?
• How have you setup SmartBOOST?
• How is the PC connected, via ethernet or WiFi?
• How have you setup the Geo-Filter?
