FC 27 SUPPORT ON XR1000

Hello NetDuma team,

I am using a NETGEAR Nighthawk Pro Gaming XR1000 with the latest firmware, V1.0.3.88.

I have noticed two issues with EA Sports FC 27:

1. FC 27 does not appear in Ping Heatmap / the game list. FC 25 is available, but FC 27 is missing.
2. The Istanbul EA game server/data center is not visible on the Ping Heatmap map.

I am located in Romania and use DIGI 1 Gbps internet.

When playing FC 27, matchmaking is often routing me through Poland, with significantly higher latency than I would expect. I would like to be able to see and test the Istanbul EA data center in Ping Heatmap.

Could you please confirm:

• Is FC 27 going to be added to Ping Heatmap?
• Is the Istanbul EA data center currently supported/detected by DumaOS?
• If Istanbul is supported, why is it not visible on the Ping Heatmap?
• Is there any configuration or update required on the XR1000 to detect it?

I can provide screenshots, diagnostics, router logs or any other information you need.

FC 25 will apply to FC 27 as well but we will be testing/updating for the game where necessary. The Geo-Filter shows any connections whereas heatmap has a list of servers so we need to update that list. You should be able to connect to/see it on the Geo-Filter to ping.

I have the same problem, also when I enter the game it is not recognized and the server does not appear on the map while searching the game

Please provide a full screen screenshot of the Geo-Filter page showing what you're seeing when this happens

That's Ping Heatmap which is a list of pre-added servers that gets outdated and has to be manually updated, it doesn't mean it's not visible/connectable on the Geo-Filter which will show available connections

Thank you, I understand the difference between Ping Heatmap and Geo-Filter.

However, my issue is not only that Istanbul is missing from Ping Heatmap.

I have already tested this using the Geo-Filter with the radius centered directly on Istanbul. I also excluded Poland and Frankfurt from the Geo-Filter.

When I launch FC 27 and search for an opponent, the Geo-Filter does NOT show any active connection/server in Istanbul at all.

The only nearby connection I can see is located around Rhodes.

So my question is: if the Istanbul FC 27 server is available and active, why does it not appear as an active connection on the Geo-Filter when Istanbul is the only allowed area?

I have also seen another Turkish user reporting the same behavior: selecting Istanbul but being connected to Rhodes or Frankfurt.

I can provide a full-screen screenshot of the Geo-Filter while FC 27 is searching for a match, as requested.

Could you please check whether the Istanbul FC 27 server/data center is actually being detected by the Geo-Filter on XR1000/DumaOS?
