shahad habadi Posted yesterday at 11:30 AM Posted yesterday at 11:30 AM Hello, I have a Netduma R3 router and I am unable to log in to the router's DumaOS interface. I tried accessing the router using 192.168.77.1, but I cannot log in because the username/password I have are not being accepted. I checked the label on the back of my router, but it only shows the Wi-Fi name and Wi-Fi password. I also tried the default login credentials, but they did not work. Could you please help me recover or reset my DumaOS login credentials without affecting my internet/Wi-Fi settings if possible? My router model is Netduma R3. Thank you for your help.
Krush Posted yesterday at 11:35 AM Posted yesterday at 11:35 AM Salut, il te suffit de faire une réinitialisation d'usine si tu as oublié tes identifiant/mot de passe ! Privilégies l'accès à la page d'administration via un PC !
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted 4 hours ago Administrators Posted 4 hours ago As above - hold the reset button for 30 seconds, release, wait 4 minutes then access, if needed use admin / password to login and then you'll be able to set new credentials in the setup wizard.
