Geo Filter not working in bo7.

Hello i have tried setting it for cali servers (im na east) and also connecting to eu servers. Everytime i do I still connect to east servers. I have steady ping disabled and filtering disabled. Ive seen to enable strict mode? But cant find that option anywhere.On version 4.0.540

You need filtering enabled otherwise it's not doing any filtering to your desired area. Then it's likely Geo-Latency is enabled so disable that then once you've made those changes you should be able to filter.
