Strobings

Hello i have tried setting it for cali servers (im na east) and also connecting to eu servers. Everytime i do I still connect to east servers. I have steady ping disabled and filtering disabled. Ive seen to enable strict mode? But cant find that option anywhere.On version 4.0.540

Hello I currently have a r2 but have a r3 on the way. Any way I can get the early access so I can use it before receiving my r3?
