Can someone explain why the Call of Duty servers are showing such extremely high ping? Is this an Activision issue, or is it something that can be improved by my internet service provider? Definitely, it's impossible to have good matches like this. 😮‍💨

The same thing happens to me. In my case with Battlefield 6. I think it may be the inconsistency of the network in peak demand hours, periodic maintenance, etc. or fine-tuning well from the modem or ISP. Many relative variables.

Impossible to say just based off the information you've given but it looks like you're on an outdated version of the cloud, the cloud is out of date anyway so we'll need to update that but regardless we don't know where you're from. If you're in Europe then it's more understandable, if you had local congestion at the time its understandable etc.

Hi Fraser,

I'm connecting from Puerto Rico, which is why it's so hard for me to understand why the Florida (Miami) and Atlanta servers are showing such high ping. Normally, my connection to those servers is around 50–60 ms, never lower than that, but seeing all of them consistently above 90+ ms is very unusual.
