liluziflirtttt Posted June 21 Posted June 21 A few hours ago my R3 suddenly lost internet connection, I've done all basic troubleshooting and gotten nowhere. So I ended up doing a factory reset on the router & the issue still persists, LED indicator is static and there's nothing wrong the modem, also tired different cables.
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted June 21 Administrators Posted June 21 Do you know if you require PPPoE/VLAN for a connection? Could you provide the logs from the R3 please? Reboot the modem, wait 2 minutes then reboot the R3 from the interface, wait 4 minutes then check if you get internet.
