QOS not working

Hello my QOS is not stable apparently some times is not working I would like to try and roll back to the previous version of the R3 and test if it changes or not, as per my ISP everything is OK on their end, could you please share the prev version or if it's a new one I'm using the v. 0.1147

What do you mean it's not stable/isn't working exactly? How are you determining this/what are your settings?
