DayDay Posted 4 hours ago Posted 4 hours ago Hey so i play out of Hawaii and some west servers give me 49 ping (which is preferable since I'm playing ranked play in sweaty lobbies) and some other west servers give 60-70 ping. How can i manipulate my settings to only get the servers that give me the lowest ping possible. I don't care about long queue times it’s worth it in the end. And i want the settings to be strict for that ping alone. Attached is what my layout and settings looks like for the geo filter.
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted 4 hours ago Administrators Posted 4 hours ago You should disable Geo-Latency and then ensure you're only covering the servers that are giving you the lowest ping. If they're too close together to do so then as you play them add them to your deny list so you build up a list of denied servers and you will play on the lower ping servers more often. You can also try using Ping Assist setting the upper limit to ~55ms which may do better. DayDay 1
DayDay Posted 4 hours ago Author Posted 4 hours ago weird thing is when i disable geo latency it makes it to where i get a error message in call of duty and it wont allow me to get passed the main menu unfortunately.
DayDay Posted 4 hours ago Author Posted 4 hours ago This is what happens when geo-latency gets turned off.
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted 3 hours ago Administrators Posted 3 hours ago Okay so there will be a server that appears blocked on the map when that happens - almost certainly in Ireland, if you allow it then it will let you through. You may need to do it a few times, i.e. each time you load the game but once you've got them all it'll work normally without Geo-Latency enabled. If you could also provide the ID of the server(s) it is then we can add it to the global whitelist. DayDay 1

Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted 2 hours ago Administrators Posted 2 hours ago Great to hear that and thanks for the ID, I'll pass it on to the team!
