Bad Wifi speeds and disconnects from the 5hz band

In the past day I've been running into this problem where my router is giving me bad download and upload speeds through my 5G wifi. The bands are not merged, I restarted through the client, unplugged the power, restarted my isp router, restarted my phone, swapped ethernet cables, remove and put back the antennas & nothing. This is happening with all devices that are connected through wifi. Ethernet speeds are fine.
