Mac Posted 8 hours ago Posted 8 hours ago (edited) Just had to reset my router because my PS5 get getting CE-118527-4. No idea why when it was fine for around a year. Now I’m seeing this? Any fix? Thanks. Edited 8 hours ago by Mac Forgot to add extra info.
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted 2 hours ago Administrators Posted 2 hours ago How did you do a reset exactly? From the interface or physically? By a reset do you mean a factory reset or a reboot?
Mac Posted 1 hour ago Author Posted 1 hour ago At first I factory reset on the interface and then when that didn’t work I did a factory reset on the back of the router to see if that made any difference. Both have resulted in still getting errors on both GeoFilter and Ping Heatmap pages.
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted 1 hour ago Administrators Posted 1 hour ago I've added you to Early Access so you can upgrade to the firmware there, that should get rid of the errors on the interface, it may fix the PS issue also but if other devices have internet it may not be the router, I've provided the link to the PS guide for it anyway. If it continues after updating disable the Geo-Filter, does it work then? https://forum.netduma.com/forum/151-netduma-r3-early-access/ https://www.playstation.com/en-gb/support/error-codes/ps5/ce-118527-4/

Mac Posted 4 minutes ago Author Posted 4 minutes ago Awesome. All sorted and back on track. Any issues i'll get back to you. Many thanks guys.
