Xr 500 and app

Hi guys I have xr500 I haven't got the auto firmware update on, but the app doesn't work, no ping heat map pings,  can't see any server listings.  Also playing ps5 bf6 it's always connecting me abroad somewhere never UK. 

What's going on

What firmware version are you on currently? Have you resynced the cloud and tried again?

The app says 3.3.535

I've resynced the cloud and uninstall the app and installed again.

That's the DumaOS version so probably the latest then. Does it work when you access via the web browser on a PC?

Why so many interfaces the app and now this one

Seems to work from web browser. By typing in IP address of xr500.

It's a mobile optimized version for the web browser. Okay and what about in the mobile version of the interface instead of the app?

That's the desktop view, I mean the dumaweb view from the screenshot above that, does Ping Heatmap work that way?
