Buongiorno, volevo delle informazioni precise riguardo il settaggio del qos, cercando su internet ho visto che è consigliato per le ftth stare tra l 80% e il 90% e non necessariamente stare in bufferbloat a+ questo perché se per raggiungere a+ dovessimo scendere sotto la soglia del 80% in giochi come warzone verrebbe aggiunto un jitter artificiale, che ne compromettere la fluidita e l hit reg del gioco. È reale tutto ciò sapete dirmi qualcosa di concreto

I'm not sure where you've got that information but:

1. We don't have any specific recommendations based on connection type
2. We don't suggest to stay within a certain percentage range 
3. Are you referring to lag compensation - the theory that if your connection is too good that the game essentially makes your connection worse/helps worse connection players have a fairer experience?

The first two are not correct, there are no one size fits all settings, every connection is different so its best to experiment to find what works best for you. As for lag compensation, I don't know how much I believe the aspect where they make your connection worse but I'm sure they do have measures in place so that people with worse connections can have a better experience than they would otherwise have.

Sto provando in tutti i modi limitando la banda ,anche fino a portare il bufferbloat A+, ma il risultato che l r3 collegato o in cascata o diretto all ont  è solo peggiorativo rispetto al modem dell provider ,hit reg peggiorato e fluidità pessima non so più cosa provare mi serve una mano o sarò costretto a staccarlo definitivamente.

Cosa sconvolgente essendo che ho acquistato il router per le prestazioni dichiarate che dovrebbe avere come il miglioramento nel gaming online

io ho castrato molto la rete.... tipo 40 d e 50 up e messo la localizzazione solo su server italiani( milano)

• What is the ping/packet loss you're seeing direct to your modem and what is it through the R3? Where are you measuring this as well? 
• What is the model of the modem/router the R3 is connected to and when cascading how have you set that to ensure all traffic flows to the R3? E.g R3 in its DMZ, modem/bridge mode
• Are ALL devices connected to the R3 when in cascade?
• Do you require PPPoE/VLAN when connecting direct to the ONT?
• What are the speeds you pay for/receive?
• Have you entered those speeds into the router?
• How have you setup Congestion Control?
• How have you setup SmartBOOST?
• What game are you playing?
• What platform are you playing on and how is it connected, via ethernet or WiFi?
• How have you setup the Geo-Filter?

- Il ping va da 28 a 44ms in game i test li faccio waveform e in game dove però sottolineo non c'è perdita pacchetti segnalata

- l r3 è collegato al modem zte di dimensione in cascata o caricato ip dell r3 nella dmz dello zte tutti i dispositivi sono collegati al r3 

-quando ho provato a collegarlo al ont si ho dovuto configurare il ppoe e vlan 

- ho una ftth 2.5gb dw e 1gb di up

-sull r3 ho in servito come da te suggerito 1gb dw e 1g up

-nello smartboost ho configurato il PC come console dando priorità massima al PC e al gioco 

-il gioco è warzone

-gioco da PC 

-il filtro geografico ne ho provato di ogni a molto limitato a molto ampio a personalizzato ho anche provato il ping assist

O anche provato upnp attivato sul r3 e disattivato sul modem principale che disattivato in entrambi

You said the ping is worse on the R3 than the modem so what is it on the R3 vs the modem? What is Congestion Control set to? Is the PC connected via ethernet or WiFi? Geo-Latency & Ping Assist should be disabled so you can then force the specific servers closest to you that provides the lowest ping, setting it broad or very limited won't help. I wouldn't suggest disabling UPnP on the R3. What firmware version are you on?

Non ho parlato di ping peggiorato ma di hit reg e fluidità quindi parlo proprio del game peggiorato provato anche a disabilitare il geofilter e gioco con cavo LAN  le versioni le ho provate da quelle vecchie a l'ultima che avete fornito poco tempo fa ed è quella attuale la v4.0.1147

Those will be tied to ping but if your ping is around the same then it will be the game. Some people find forcing servers slightly further away beneficial in those circumstances as the game server may be under less load and play better overall even if the ping is a little higher. We can only impact the stats, there aren't any settings for hit registration or smoothness specifically, though with better ping they would be better unless the server is under load.

La cosa strana e che se dovesse questione di server non dovrei avere questo cambiamento di game play tra un modem e l'altro è questo che non capisco
