Gary7289 Posted Friday at 06:31 PM Posted Friday at 06:31 PM My internet went down for a couple of days and when it came back on I’ve gone to play warzone and I’m not able to connect to the game.. I can connect through WiFi but not when wired through R3 ? Any help appreciated.
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted Friday at 07:05 PM Administrators Posted Friday at 07:05 PM Can you connect via ethernet through your ISP modem/router? Do you have the Geo-Filter enabled, if so does it work when disabled? Have you made any specific rules/settings changes on the router for the device you're playing on?
Gary7289 Posted Friday at 09:30 PM Author Posted Friday at 09:30 PM Hello mate.. sorry for late reply I was working. I’ve just tried now and it’s working through ISP both WiFi and wired.. but not through R3. Doesn’t work with geo filters disabled or not. I’m getting ing can’t connect to local host.. I honestly wouldn’t know how to make any specific rules if I tried, I’m not that tech savvy. thanks for the reply
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted Friday at 10:20 PM Administrators Posted Friday at 10:20 PM No worries! How are you disabling the Geo-Filter exactly? Do you get the issue with any other games when wired?
Gary7289 Posted 7 hours ago Author Posted 7 hours ago Hello mate sorry for the late reply, I’ve been busy with work.. I’ve just disabled geo filter by removing device and it’s let me log into game. I don’t play any other games mate so I wouldn’t know, sorry.
Gary7289 Posted 6 hours ago Author Posted 6 hours ago Now I’ve logged out of game and put geo filter on and I’m getting, connection failed, networking failed to start.. I’ve googled it and this is what I get..

DARKNESS Posted 6 hours ago Posted 6 hours ago @Gary7289You're likely blocking a server used for authentication, possibly located in Dublin. You'll need to manually allow it. When you load into the game, it will probably appear in the top-right corner of the map.
Gary7289 Posted 6 hours ago Author Posted 6 hours ago I’m trying to force servers on the east coast mate, everything was fine until my internet went down and since then it’s not been the same, not changed anything at all.. thanks for the reply tho
DARKNESS Posted 6 hours ago Posted 6 hours ago @Gary7289Okay, servers change; they don’t stay the same. You do realize that, right? Is there anything being blocked when you’re trying to log in then that's the issue it pretty obvious?
Gary7289 Posted 6 hours ago Author Posted 6 hours ago Ive tried to widen the filter size on simple and I’ve even covered the whole of the USA on custom but when i do that the game won’t let me log into at all, it comes up with the networking failed to start. I’ve just restarted everything and set up geo filter again and these are the photos what happen as soon as I try and log into game.. thanks for reply.
Gary7289 Posted 5 hours ago Author Posted 5 hours ago Appreciate all the help, I’ve had to reset R3 to factory settings and I’ve done a full reset on iso modem too. Sorry I should have done the factory re set straight away..sorry and thanks for the help.
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted 5 hours ago Administrators Posted 5 hours ago Does that mean after factory resetting you're no longer getting the issue? Don't apologize that's what we're here for!
Gary7289 Posted 5 hours ago Author Posted 5 hours ago Yes mate and it’s forcing the servers that I want.. thank a lot mate. Really appreciate it.
