Ping optimizer or congestion control?

Should I be using ping optimizer or do I want to be manual controlling my speed for gaming?

I noticed when I set my speeds to 40% I get perfect score in bufferbloat test with low latency percentile 

Does it actually matter or is it placebo in game?

Manual is way better, ping optomizer gets it wrong most of the time for me and you have to keep using it everyday incase your congestion changes. Manual I just set it to as close to 0 bufferbloat as possible and that's it done.

As above I'd suggest manual most of the time - the server provided optimizer uses can be unreliable with speeds/ping etc so manual is my recommended way to fine tune

Auto will work when you're gaming (assuming that's what you're prioritizing on SmartBOOST) so you don't need to set it to Always
