HighCat Posted Friday at 12:26 AM Posted Friday at 12:26 AM I've been having issues with the internet and contacted my provider. He got me to directly hook up to the modem and the internet worked fine and as intended (250mbs up and down). However when running LAN through the R3 it gets set all the way down to 30mbs, any ideas what causes this? I do not have Smartboost on. When using a speedtest on the Netduma OS menu I am shown the proper speeds, but when testing it through a browser/downloading speeds are throttled.
Sentinel82 Posted Friday at 02:28 AM Posted Friday at 02:28 AM You could try turning off hardware acceleration under the Advanced troubleshooting settings and then run the speed test again — it made a big difference to my speeds. Best of luck 👍

Best of luck 👍 That did it, don't know why. Thank you! Sentinel82 1
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted Saturday at 10:20 AM Administrators Posted Saturday at 10:20 AM Glad to hear that sorted it, thanks for the update! I'll also pass that onto the team to investigate as it seems to be the opposite of what should happen. Sentinel82 1
