kojiro4433 Posted December 3, 2025 Posted December 3, 2025 Hello Netduma Team, I am writing to report a critical issue with my Netduma R3 on the latest firmware v4.0.540. Here are my connection details: Location: Turkey ISP: Türk Telekom Connection Type: Fiber (Static IP) Bandwidth: 1000 Mbps Download / 50 Mbps Upload The Problem: It appears that the Congestion Control (Speed Limiting) feature is not functioning correctly on this firmware version. Speed Limit Failure: Even when I set the Congestion Control sliders to lower percentages (e.g., 70%), the router does not limit the bandwidth. Speed tests continue to show maximum throughput. Bufferbloat: Because the speed limiting isn't working, I cannot mitigate network congestion. This is causing severe Bufferbloat on my line. Gaming Issues (EA Sports FC): Consequently, I am experiencing unplayable high latency and constant packet loss in EA Sports FC, making the game unresponsive. I have already tried rebooting the router, but the issue persists. Could you please investigate why the QoS/Congestion Control is failing to apply limits on this firmware? Looking forward to your support. Thanks.
Krush Posted December 3, 2025 Posted December 3, 2025 Salut ! 1- désactives le contournement de test de vitesse. 2- mets le mode de contrôle de congestion sur toujours.
Administrators Netduma Fraser Posted December 6, 2025 Administrators Posted December 6, 2025 Exactly as above, has that resolved your issue?
