Hello,

Is there a way to get support with re-installing the firmware myself. After following the instructions from previous support from this blog it lead to deleting the firmware.

I am wondering whether there is a way to re-install the firmware myself. I tried to look for answers on the internet yet there is little to no knowledge.

Hope this time I can get an answer. I hope is not the "Fraser" guy who loves to ignore my messages.

Thanks.

I'm not sure what you mean but it's impossible to delete the firmware from the router. Could you clarify what you mean exactly? Can you provide a screenshot?

It's a support forum so you should make a topic to get help with your issues, I get lots of PMs and it's not possible to respond to them all, it's far better to make a topic where I can see it and other people can help too.

Remember that everything started with the back button being unable to do a hard reset. it seems that the router's firmware was wiped out.

Please advise how to send it over for repair. I don't care whether is out of warranty, I can pay for the repair. Do not offer me to buy a new one for 30% off. I would be expecting from you a better response for you to fix this router. This router wasn't cheap...do you understand that? The least you can do is own your brand and help me believe again in your brand so I can be happy. Yet I feel Duma does not care about customers being happy with the product unfortunately.

This is your topic now I just meant in general and going forward.

In your topic about the issue you just referred to, we offered, even though you were outside the warranty to provide a replacement for you, you just needed to email us. That was 2 years ago. Checking emails you emailed us last month about this and at the time I replied saying "You weren't left without a resolution, it does say there that we would arrange a replacement for you. However, as you've waited 2 years to contact us a replacement is now no longer possible, we don't sell the R2 anymore and don't have any spare. We also don't provide a repair service. I can offer you 30% off an R3 if you're interested but that's the best I can do now. You could sell the router as spares/repairs on eBay." A month on that hasn't changed.

We do care about customers being happy, that's why we originally offered to replace it outside of warranty.
