CC is broken

When I adjust the download an upload speeds for CC it doesnt change. Its not working at all. I have tried factory resetting 3 times. Is there somewhere I can mail the R3 to an have it looked at? What can I use to test the down an upload speed? I been using bufferbloat but maybe thats the issue🤷‍♂️😫

1. What are the speeds you pay for?
2. Have you entered the new speeds into the router?
3. What percentages have you set on Congestion Control?
4. Do you have Speed Test bypass enabled?
5. What is the model of the modem/router the R3 is connected to and how have you set that to ensure all traffic flows to the R3? E.g R3 in its DMZ, modem/bridge mode
6. Are ALL devices connected to the R3?

Have 1 gig set on r3

CC is set to 70% both ways on always on

Speedtest bypass is on red circle is active

My router is directly connected to the fiber wall jack

My ps5 is connected to the R3 ONLY

Disable Speed Test bypass and try it again. Does the R3 handle PPPoE/VLAN if needed? By PS5 is connected to the R3 only, do you mean there are no other devices connected to the R3 ever or just currently, where would they connect to if applicable?

Ok omw home now to try. What is PPPoE/VLAN? sorry im not to tech savy. I connected my other devices to the R3 router, everything is hardwired, my ps5, my laptop, my nintendo switch.Everything's hardwired now

If you don't know that's fine, you can ignore it as you won't be using it. What were they connected to before that? With speed test bypass disabled is it providing different results?

From the screenshot you have the speed for download set at 2Mbps. Also your unloaded ping is very high there, even on the other your unloaded was around 20 so it will only ever be able to be at 20ms minimum on loaded/active
